I am passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives at work and home. My focus is on self-awareness, overcoming limits, expanding perspectives, and developing resilience. I work with people in higher education and beyond, with clients ranging from university faculty and scientists to physicians and business leaders, to foster thriving. My focus is especially on those navigating the complexity of new positions, career transitions/growth, and work-life balance, particularly for minority women leaders. If you're interested, I can also share successful strategies I've seen others use.

With more than 10 years of experience in academia and research in leadership, creativity, and well-being, I have effectively instructed MBA-level leadership courses and provided Human Resource training to over 2000 professionals. In my tenure-track professorship, I was honored with the Early Career Excellence Award and published in reputable management journal outlets and conference proceedings. I blend rigorous theory and assessments into my coaching practice, providing a comprehensive and evidence-based approach.

From my upbringing with a mother struggling with Schizophrenia to my experiences as an immigrant and a first-generation college student, I utilize my life experience to empathize with various challenges.

Outside work, I enjoy yoga, pilates, running, and traveling. I find fulfillment as a wife, mother, and cat lover.  My husband John, our son Adam, two cats, and four goldfish call Wisconsin home. We cherish moments of adventure, enjoying travel and exploring new cultures together. Embracing love, playfulness, and finding balance amid the beautiful chaos of life.
